油红O显现法的研究进展

摘要:

指纹作为法定证据的一种,在侦查和诉讼阶段发挥着重要的作用。根据指印遗留物质的不同,显现方法也有所不同。物理显影液是处理潮湿渗透性客体上潜在指印的标准方法,针对指印当中的脂类物质,能够表现出很优异的效果,但物理显影液存在着固有的缺陷。油红O自应用到法庭科学领域以来,由于其在一定程度上比物理显影液更实用、性价比更高,受到了广泛的关注。通过对油红O的发展过程进行了简单的概括,总结了油红O的原始配方以及改进配方在各个方面的优缺点,对比油红O和物理显影液两种方法在多种条件下的显现效果,并对油红O在手印显现方法应用次序中的位置进行了归纳,为油红O的发展、使用以及推广提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:

As a kind of legal evidence, fingerprints play an important role in the investigation and litigation stage. According to the different substances deposited by fingerprints, the methods of fingerprints development are also different. Physical developer is a standard method to deal with latent fingerprints on wet and porous objects. It can show excellent results for fingerprints in lipids, but physical developers have inherent defects. Since Oil Red O was applied to the field of forensic science, it has received widespread attention because it is more practical and cost-effective than physical developer to a certain extent. In this article, the development process of Oil Red O is briefly summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of the original formula and the improved formula of Oil Red O are summarized in various aspects, and the appearance of two methods of Oil Red O and physical developer under various conditions are compared. In addition, the effect and position of Oil Red O in the application sequence of fingerprint development methods are summarized. This article provides a certain reference for the development, use and promotion of Oil Red O.
