摘要:

妊娠是一个正常的生理过程,但孕妇能否顺利完成妊娠过程,受许多因素影响,存在不可预测的危险。例如,孕妇的生理和病理因素、胎儿自身因素、自然社会因素、人为因素等,均可导致意外的发生。我国目前产科的工作性质是产妇多,床位周转快,孕妇病情变化复杂等。导致产科的医疗纠纷发生率在国内各地医院和医院科室中均居首位。结合近年来处理的有关案例,对缩宫素使用与胎儿或产妇死亡之间的因果关系判定、责任程度进行分析。以期为同行提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Gestation is a natural physiological process. However, the success of whole pregnancy is affected by multi factors. There are some unpredictable risks which may happen during pregnancy such as physiological and pathological factors in pregnant woman, fetal period factors, natural and social factors, anthropogenic factors, et al. Currently, the obstetrical departments in China confront problems of large quantities of pregnant women, fast turnover of obstetric beds and complex symptoms in pregnant women. The incidence of medical malpractice in obstetrical departments ranks the first in the hospitals in China. In this paper, the authors studied the recent related cases and analyzed correlation between misuse of oxytocin and medical malpractice in order to provide reference to peer forensic scientists.
