摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过对交通事故鉴定现状和多个案例的分析，讨论交通事故鉴定和事故勘查在事故分析中的作用，以及交通事故鉴定部门和事故勘查部门在具体案例中协作的关联性，认为在交通事故发生后，交通事故勘查部门和鉴定部门应各司其职，在证据的发现、收集及补全上相互协作，才能科学地做出交通事故鉴定，保证事故成因分析的客观性，公正性。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the roles of traffic accident investigation and examination， and the current situation of traffic accident examination， the functions of related departments in traffic accident analysis are described in detail. Through a number of cases， the cooperation of traffic accident investigation and examination departments is demonstrated. It is proposed that in traffic accident analysis， the traffic accident investigation and examination departments should cooperate in the process of discovering， collecting and complementing evidence by performing their own duties. In this way， scientific examination could be reached， and consequently objective and fair traffic accident analysis could be guaranteed.
