摘要： 在笔迹鉴定实务中,运笔特征是较难掌握和运用的一种特征,它既有外在的表象,起笔、行笔和收笔,也有内在的笔压力和抑扬顿挫折变化。作者引入音乐术语——节奏,试图使鉴定人对运笔特征的内含有深层次的理解。运笔节奏特征和其它特征一样也是在长期的书写活动中形成的,具有特定性和稳定性。摹仿者可以做到形似,但要摹仿运笔节奏到“神似”难度就大了,因此,体会并运用运笔节奏特征对摹仿笔迹鉴定是有重要意义的。

Abstract: In handwriting comparison, characteristic of penmovement is not easy to handle. Besides the exterior appearance,like start touch, moving line and end stroke, there exists intrinsicpen pressure change during writing, and it can be referred asrhythm characteristic. The rhythm characteristic is of highly in-dividuality and relatively stable, as it is formed during repeatingpractice of writing just as other characteristics. In imitation, imi-tators can easily reach likeness of the original in external appearance,but can hardly resemble the rhythm characteristic.
