On the Judicial Expertise in the New Period

摘要： 对全国人大常委会《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》实行两年多来我国司法鉴定的现状进行评估,特别分析了目前存在的诸多问题,如司法鉴定人资格准入、评级认证、重新鉴定、终局鉴定、鉴定机构自律等。期待构建统一的分级司法鉴定体制。

Abstract: Evaluation is given on the situation of judicial expertise after more than 2 years’ implementation of "the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Judicial Expertise". Such problems as expert qualification, evaluation and accreditation, re-examination, final examination, self-discipline of judicial expertise institutions and so on were analyzed for the establishment of a uniform and graded judicial expertise system.
