On the Appraisers' Seating in a Court Room

摘要： 对于鉴定人在法庭上的位置,不同国家会有不同的选择,但这种选择仍需要遵循一般的诉讼规律和诉讼要求。在我国,鉴定人的法庭位置方面存在一些不合理之处以及亟待解决的问题,需要结合我国对鉴定人诉讼地位的认识等因素进行有针对性的审视和改造。

Abstract: As for the appraiser's seating in a court room,there are various choices in different countries. However,the design should follow the basic rules and requirements of litigation proceedings. In China,some improper arrangement needs to be improved immediately. To have a better solution,appraisals' position in proceedings should be taken into consideration correctly.
