摘要:

目的 识别和推断甲基苯丙胺的合成路线,研判当前制毒工艺流行趋势和贩运网络。方法 利用气相色谱-质谱、液相色谱-质谱、核磁共振或同位素仪等技术手段,对缴获物中的特征识别物进行分析。通过合成模式研判确定不同批次缴获物之间的关联性,并基于此研判贩运网络。结果 通过确定样品中的特征识别物可以推断甲基苯丙胺以及原料的合成模式。利用稳定性同位素方法区分人工合成麻黄碱、半合成麻黄碱和天然提取麻黄碱,并溯源天然麻黄碱植物的地理来源。通过合成模式研判制毒所用原料、设备的种类和来源,确定不同批次缴获物之间的关联性,对同一来源的样品进行分类。结论 基于成分剖析可以对缴获的甲基苯丙胺进行合成路线的推断与识别,为制定打击涉毒犯罪方案提供针对性参考依据。

Abstract:

Objective To deduce and recognize the synthetic routes of methamphetamine, and to implicate the current trend of its manufacturing method and the drug network. Methods Based on the advanced technologies including GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR and IRMS, the related information of seized methamphetamine can be inferred. Results The synthetic routes could be concluded by determining the characteristic recognition compounds in samples. The stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry was used to distinguish synthetic ephedrine, semi synthetic ephedrine and natural extracted ephedrine, and to trace the geographical origin of natural plants. The synthetic routes can provide vital intelligence for investigations of types and sources of raw materials and equipment used in clandestine labs, the correlation between different batches of seizures. Conclusion Composition profile-based recognition of the synthetic routes of methamphetamine is potential to lead to an increase in evidential value and intelligence from forensic drugs.
