摘要： 司法鉴定实行保密制度不利于保障诉讼当事人的权利,与我国司法体制及诉讼制度的改革精神不相吻合,在现代法治理念中,司法鉴定应当走向公开。并还论证司法鉴定公开制度的具体要求。

Abstract: To keep the forensic appraisal confidential is not favorable to safeguard the right of litigants,it does not meet the requirement of the judicial system and litigation system reform. On the contemporary rule by law,the open system ought to be implemented in the expert evaluation. This article also discusses the specific requirements of expert evaluation in an open system.
