Reconstruction of Traffic Accident Scenes Using Digital Photogrammetry

摘要: 目的研究普通数字摄影器材结合商业软件的数字摄影测量方案,应用于道路交通事故现场勘验及现场重建。方法采用现场照片采集、数码相机参数及畸变校正、照片软件分析及计算机绘图软件加工等流程的数字摄影测量方案。结果夜间模拟现场中,测量准确度的分析示:平均相对误差绝对值分别为0.58%和0.44%(前者直接应用摄影测量方法,后者采用拼接方法扩大测量范围);测量精确度的分析示相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.68%。两起真实事故中,成功实现事故现场勘验、现场图绘制及计算机三维现场重建。结论此方案的准确度和精确度可以满足事故现场勘验的要求,并且具备诸多优势。

Abstract: Objective To study the reconstruction of traffic accident scenes by digital photogrammetry with ordinary digital cameras and commercial software. Methods The process of digital photogrammetry including photographing of scenes, calibration of digital cameras and analysis of photos with special software is integrated. Results In simulative traffic accident scenes at night, the mean relative error is adopted to represent the accuracy of the method. The result is 0.58﹪ and 0.44﹪, respectively, for direct photographing and splicing photographing. The standard deviation is used to represent the precision of the method. The result is 0.68﹪. In two real traffic accident scenes, this technique is successfully applied in measuring, sketching and reconstructing scenes. Conclusion The accuracy and precision of this method meet the demand of traffic accident scene investigation, and this method has some special advantages.
