摘要： 通过对《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》与原标准在标准的结构和编写方式、与原标准的关系、等级划分原则、鉴定时机、鉴定原则、增加或者修改条款的变化进行比较，从标准的外在形式，到具体条款，针对主要的变化进行解读。旨在与法医鉴定同仁共同理解和掌握新标准，希望能对鉴定工作有实际意义。

Abstract: This article interprets the main changes of the new Standard of Human Body Injury Assessment compared to the last edition on the structure, the pattern, the relationship, the classification principles, the opportunity of assessment, and the added or modified clauses to facilitate a better understanding and mastering of the new standard among forensic colleagues. The authors expect this article to have practical significance for the forensic medicine appraisal.
