Application of Simulation Experiments in the Appraisal of the Causality for Agricultural Environmental Damage

摘要: 目的 探讨模拟实验在农业环境损害因果关系鉴定中的应用价值,解决因现场灭失或污染物无法检出导致的因果关系判定难题。方法 采用现场模拟与实验室模拟方法,控制农药浓度等变量,设置对照与重复,重现损害过程,并结合山药、红小豆和鲫鱼案例进行分析。结果 模拟实验有效复现了农作物及水生生物的损害症状,确立了污染物与损害之间的剂量-效应关系和因果关系,尤其在现场灭失或污染物无法检出的情况下提供了科学证据。结论 模拟实验是农业环境损害司法鉴定的有效辅助手段,但需注意其模型简化与参数主观性等局限,建议通过标准化流程与多学科验证提升其可靠性。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of simulation experiments in identifying causality for agricultural environmental damage, especially when the site conditions are compromised or pollutants are present at non-detectable levels. Methods Field and laboratory simulations were conducted, in which key variables such as pesticide concentrations were rigorously controlled, along with the setup of replicates and controls, to reconstruct the damage process. Case studies involving yam, adzuki bean, and crucian carp were analyzed. Results The simulation experiments successfully reproduced damage symptoms in crops and aquatic organisms, establishing dose- response relationships and causality between pollutants and observed damage. This approach provided critical scientific evidence in cases where the original scene was destroyed or pollutants could no longer be detected. Conclusion Simulation experiments serves as an effective auxiliary tool in the judicial identification of agricultural environmental damage. However, limitations such as model simplification and subjective parameter selection must be acknowledged. It is recommended to enhance their reliability through standardized procedures and multidisciplinary validation.
