摘要： 刑事鉴定人是刑事诉讼中的重要诉讼参与人之一,其诉讼权利理应得到切实地保障。但我国刑事鉴定人诉讼权利保障机制并不完善。加强刑事鉴定人诉讼权利保障,既有理论意义,又有现实意义;针对刑事鉴定人诉讼权利保障的现状及其缺陷,必须完善刑事鉴定人诉讼权利保障机制。

关键词: 刑事鉴定人, 诉讼权利, 保障机制

Abstract: The criminal appraiser is one of the important participants in criminal litigations.Their rights in litigation should be guaranteed.However,the guarantee system of criminal appraiser’s right in litigation is not perfect.Strengthening the guarantee system of criminal appraiser’s right is not only theoretically meaningful,but also realistically significant.Considering the current situation and defects of the guarantee system,we must perfect the guarantee system of criminal appraiser’s rights in lawsuits.
