Abstract: It is known that there still exist certain difficulties in understanding and using the terms in Assessment for Body Impairment of the Injured in Road Traffic Accident It is so because many of the items in the assessment lack definite interpretation. In addition to the past experience we accumulated in the practice, we refer to some national criteria related to impairment, disability and handicaps, and clinical function measurement methods about human body organs, and propose some evaluation methods and concrete criteria for resolving the problems in the practice for the purpose of improving the standardization of forensic identification and ensuring the justice and rationality of the expert opinion.
