开展动物法医学研究的必要性与可行性

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 动物资源对于人类社会的生存和发展有着不可估量的价值，加强对动物的保护是有序利用动物资源的前提和保证，动物司法鉴定技术手段能够为动物资源的保护提供有效的技术支撑，动物司法鉴定技术手段的确立和完善有赖于动物法医学的开展及研究，作者从动物法医学技术本身及其研究论述了其在动物保护方面的必要性及可行性，能在动物资源保护以及提高动物的福利等方面发挥出重要作用。

Abstract: Animal resourses has immeasurable value for survival and development of human sociaty. To strengthen animal protection, it’s the premise and guarantee of animal resource fair use. Animal judicial authentication technology provide effective technical support to animal protection. Establishment and improvement of animal judicial authentication technology depends on research and development of animal forensic medicine. In this paper, it’s stated the necessity and feasibility of animal forensic medicine from the perspectives of animal forensic medicine and its research progress. Further more, it also explained the vital function of animal forensic medicine on animal resourse protection and animal welfare improvement.
