Abstract: Abstract: Interlink identification is defined by the practice of judicial expertise. In this paper, analyzing the distinction between interlink identification and reidentification, the form of interlink identification, the commission and charges in the practice of interlink identification, the conflict with the former identification, the presentation of the interlink identification reports and other issues. It should continue to regulate and strengthen in qualification requirements, charges collectable and price, the presentation of the identification report, the consultation and communication between the principals, in order to assure the judicial expertise activities proceeding successfully.
