Abstract: Generation and development of judicial appraisal assistant system, is the inevitable outcome of the reform of the judicial identification, but the cultivation of the judicial appraisal assistant and determine, cannot leave clearing about the nature, positioning and the professional standards, this paper try in this aspect were discussed, in order to catalyze the development of this system.

摘要： 司法鉴定助理制度的产生与发展，是司法鉴定改革的必然产物，但司法鉴定助理的培养和确定，离不开对其性质、定位与职业标准的明确，本文试着在这个方面进行探讨，以期对这一制度的发展有所催化。
