Abstract: Objective In order to study whether the driver’s emergency response is timeliness before the traffic accident. Break through the emphases and difficulties of traffic accident investigation. Methods Analyze the characteristics of data from traffic accident. Research the synchronized methods of multi-source data. And then, studied the judgment method of the driver’s emergency response timeliness when typical dangerous situation occurs. Results By analyzing the process of driver’s emergency response when dangerous situation occurs. Analyze the timeliness of emergency response from the perspective of response time. Generated a process for judging the timeliness of emergency response. To support the identification of liability for traffic accident. Conclusion The practicability of the method is verified through the application of typical cases.

摘要： 目的 为研究交通事故中驾驶人在事故发生前的应急反应是否及时，突破交通事故调查的重点及难点。方法 以交通事故过程时间轴为切入点，分析交通事故中获取的数据特征，基于多源数据同步方法，探索典型险情出现时驾驶人的应急反应及时性判断方法。结果 通过对险情出现时驾驶人应急反应过程进行推演，从反应时间的角度分析应急反应及时性，构建了应急反应及时性判断流程，支撑事故责任认定。结论 通过典型案例的应用，验证了该方法的实用性。
