Abstract:

In the recent thirty years， some achievements have been made in the area of theoretical studies of the appraisal system. This is reflected in a significant number of journal treatises. Theoretical studies of this period have some features： numerical hot topics， highlights in comparative studies and inclination to legislative proposals. Meanwhile， there are some shortcomings， such as repeated research， imbalance of theoretical levels and lack of in-depth research.

摘要：

30余年以来，我国鉴定制度理论研究取得不少成果，这主要反映在数量可观的期刊论文上。这一时期理论研究具有热点主题较多、比较研究方法突出和立法建议倾向明显的特点。与此同时，这些理论研究也存在重复研究现象严重、理论化层次失衡以及深度研究缺乏等缺陷。
