Abstract:

The injuries caused in sexual offence were discussed， using the theory and knowledge  of psychological and behavioral analysis. These injuries were divided into five basic categories：  erotic injury， tyrannical injury， abnormal injury， resistant （including fight and struggle） injury， and tentative （including teasing and threat） injury. It is considered that the classification is useful to characterize the offence behaviour and complement the chain of evidence by combining the psychological behavior and morphological injury. It can help the reconstruction of crime scene and the identification of criminal.

摘要：

通过运用心理行为分析理论知识，探讨性犯罪嫌犯的心理行为类型及其性侵犯实施过程中，外化于躯体上的性倾向损伤形态特征。将性倾向损伤分为5种类型：性欲型、残暴型、变态型、抵抗型（包括搏斗型和挣扎型）、试探型（包括挑逗型和胁迫型）性倾向损伤。试图从法医检验性倾向损伤的形态学表现角度，进行犯罪心理刻画，建立心理行为和物质形态相结合的更完整的证据链，辅助犯罪现场重构和嫌犯甄别。
