Abstract: Perfluoroalkyl substances （PFASs） are a class of artificially produced chemicals that are widely used in industrial and consumer products, resulting in serious pollution of various environmental media. Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, PFASs also have a variety of toxicological properties including cytotoxicity, posing an environmental health threat to a variety of organisms. In this paper, recent research results on toxicological properties, pollution status and analysis methods of PFASs were reviewed, aiming to provide reference for future studies about environmental health and detection and analysis of PFASs, provide evidence for environmental forensic of environmental damage caused by PFASs, and provide guarantee for ecological environmental monitoring.

摘要： 全氟化合物是一类人工生产的化学物质，被大量使用于工业和消费产品，由此造成各种环境介质的严重污染。由于其独特的物理、化学性质，全氟化合物还具有包括细胞毒性在内的多种毒理特性，对各类生物体存在环境健康威胁。通过综述近年来关于全氟化合物的毒理特性、污染现状和分析方法等研究成果，旨在为今后全氟化合物的环境健康和检测分析研究提供参考，给由其造成的环境损害司法鉴定提供证据，对生态环境监测提供保障。
