Abstract: Collection of known samples is crucial for handwriting comparison. But in certain circumstances, especially at the confidential stage of criminal investigation, examiners have to face problems of poor known samples. In the paper, handwriting comparison with poor samples is discussed according to practical situations and experiences are summarized.

摘要： 文件检验案件,多数需要事先收集供比较鉴别的样本材料,可比的样本是鉴定人解决问题的已知标准。由于检察机关自侦案件在初查阶段具有隐蔽性的特点,大多数送检人提取的样本条件较差已成为鉴定人不得不正视的一个问题。本文结合工作实际,谈一谈检验此类案件的粗浅体会。
