Abstract: Since officially finding its way into law in 1989, judicial expertise has gone through 30 years of development. It has developed from the microscopic "department work" to the state's macroscopic construction of a legal system, its discipline and the academic status being no longer the dependency of the others, which symbolize the establishment of the judicial expertise and the maturity of its theory. Therefore, it is necessary to review, systematize and evaluate it for further development.

摘要： 鉴定问题自1989年正式载入法律已历经了三十年的风雨历程,渐由微观的"部门工作"发展到宏观的国家法制建设,其学科与学术地位也走出其他学科的附庸,这标志着司法鉴定在制度层面上的研究正在形成,其理论体系也在走向成熟。因此,有必要对其进行简单地梳理、检视与评价,并以此作为纪念。
