Analysis of 48 Medical Disputes

Abstract

Abstract: 48 medical disputes were studied retrospectively. The common medical treatment delinquency and defects in medical disputes were analyzed. The strategies for improving medical quality, eliminating medical malpractice were discussed.

摘要： 通过对48例医疗纠纷案件的回顾性分析,探讨医疗纠纷案件中常见的医疗过失和医疗缺陷,并通过对医疗纠纷案件中出现的医疗过失和缺陷的分析,试图提出提高医疗质量,降低医疗过失、医疗缺陷发生的思路和对策。

关键词: 医疗纠纷, 医疗过失, 司法鉴定
