Abstract: English signature comparison in credit card fraud crimes was presented. Characteristics of questioned and known signatures were investigated, and difficulties in comparison were revealed. Comparing method and the notice in comparison were also discussed.

摘要： 本文分析了目前信用卡犯罪中较多见的英文签名笔迹鉴定,对检材和样本所具有的特点和因之造成的检验困难进行了剖析,总结了实践中较为实用的检验方法和应注意的问题。
