Application of Paper Spray-Mass Spectrometry in Forensic Toxicology

摘要:

纸喷雾质谱利用新兴的敞开式电离技术——纸喷雾电离技术,能够对目标化合物进行快速筛选、定量检测,已应用于临床药物监测、法医毒物分析与食品安全等领域。该技术操作简便,样品无需预处理即可实现快速分析,且在复杂生物样品检测中可有效降低基质效应。通过综述纸喷雾质谱的原理、发展、关键参数、优化方法、定量方法以及在法医毒物鉴定实践中的应用,以期推动该技术在法医毒物领域中的发展。

Abstract:

Paper spray-mass spectrometry PS-MSutilises the emerging open ionisation technique, paper spray ionisation PSI, to enable rapid screening and quantitative detection of target compounds and has been applied in areas such as clinical drug monitoring, forensic toxicology and food safety. The technique is simple to use, allows rapid analysis of samples without pretreatment and is effective in reducing matrix effects in the detection of complex biological samples.This paper reviews the principles, development, key parameters, optimization methods, quantitative methods of PS-MS and its applications in forensic toxicology are also discussed, aiming to promote the development and application of PS-MS in forensic toxicology.
