缴获电子烟油中新型合成大麻素ADB-BUTINACA和4-Fluoro ABUTINACA的鉴定分析

Identification of New Synthetic Cannabinoids Psychoactive Substances ADB-BUTINACA and 4-Fluoro ABUTINACA in the Seized Electronic Cigarette Oil

摘要: 目的 建立基于气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)和液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱法(LC-Q-TOF-MS)技术鉴定缴获电子烟油中新型合成大麻素的方法。方法 缴获的电子烟油经提取后使用GC-MS和LC-Q-TOF-MS方法进行分析。结果 GC-MS分析结果经自建标准品谱库比对法检出合成大麻素N-(1-氨基-3,3-二甲基-1-氧亚基丁-2-基)-1-丁基-1H-吲唑-3-甲酰胺(ADB-BUTINACA);还有一未知成分,其GC-MS和LC-Q-TOF-MS的碎片信息与已知的合成大麻素类物质5F-APINACA类似;通过质谱解析,推断未知成分为一种新型合成大麻素类物质4-Fluoro ABUTINACA。结论 该方法在缺乏标准品的情况下,为新型合成大麻素类毒品解析提供了一种快速、简便的筛查思路。

Abstract: Objective To establish a method for the identification of new synthetic cannabinoids psychoactive substances in seized e-cigarette oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-Q-TOF-MS). Methods The seized e-cigarette oil was extracted and analyzed by GC-MS and LC-Q-TOF-MS. Results The results of GC-MS analysis showed that synthetic cannabinoid N-(1-carbamoyl-2,2-dimethylpropyl)-1-butylindazole-3-carboxamide (ADB-BUTINACA) was detected, as it matched with the standard substance in a self-built database. An unknown component was identified as a new synthetic cannabinoid, 4-Fluoro ABUTINACA, through structural analysis by MS, and its characteristic fragment ion information acquired by GC-MS and LC-Q-TOF-MS was similar to the known synthetic cannabinoid 5F-APINACA. Conclusion This method provides a quick and simple approach for the identification of new synthetic cannabinoids psychoactive substances in the absence of standard substances.
