建筑工程司法鉴定问题的讨论

摘要： 随着人们法制观念的加强和法制建设步伐的加快，对建筑工程的司法鉴定要求越来越强烈，然而建筑工程司法鉴定是一项新型的鉴定领域，相关法律法规尚不完善，整个行业处于探索发展阶段，还存在诸多问题。本文根据司法鉴定行业相关规定，结合本人对建筑工程司法鉴定经验和建筑工程司法鉴定的特点，对建筑工程司法鉴定中一系列问题进行探讨。

Abstract: With the strengthen of the people’s concept and the accelerated pace of the legal system,the requirement, of which jurdical appraisal of the construction engineering is more and more strong, however, judicial appraisal of the construction engineering is a new type of the identifications field, the relevant laws and regulations is not perfect, the whole industry is in the exploration stage of development, has lots of the problem. This paper is according to the judicial appraisal related provisions, combined with my construction engineering experience in jurdical appraisal and the characteristics of the construction engineering’s jurdical appraisal, to explore a range of issues in jurdical appraisal of the construction engineering.
