Abstract: The International Network of Environmental Forensics (INEF)  2024 Conference was held in Galway, Ireland, from August 27 to 28, 2024. As the most influential academic exchange platform in the field of environmental forensics, researchers from various countries exchanged and discussed research findings, key issues, and development trends in their respective fields. The conference highlighted that the identification and detection methods for emerging contaminants, research on the environmental fate of pollutants, the environmental health risks and ecological impacts of emerging pollutants, and studies on pollution tracing and liability determination have become cutting-edge topics or widely discussed issues. This review of the conference aims to provide insights and references for the research and development of environmental damage forensic identification in China.

摘要： 2024年国际环境损害司法鉴定联盟（International Network of Environmental Forensics，INEF）学术会议于2024年8月27日至28日在爱尔兰戈尔韦召开。作为国际环境损害司法鉴定领域最具影响力的学术交流平台，各国研究者针对专业领域的研究成果、热点问题以及发展趋势进行了交流与探讨。会议内容显示，新污染物的识别与检测方法、污染物的环境归趋研究、环境健康风险和生态环境影响研究、污染溯源等内容是国际广泛关注的热点议题。通过会议综述，以期为我国环境损害司法鉴定领域研究与发展提供借鉴与参考。
