Abstract: In view of the problem that the seal is easy to copy and difficult to identify in the widely used photosensitive seal at present, by combing and summarizing the main research results of photosensitive seal inspection over the years, this paper analyzes the special value of the type characteristics and process defect characteristics of photosensitive seal, and focuses on the classification and evaluation of the process defect characteristics, causes and apparent forms of photosensitive seal, so as to reveal its important individual value. At the same time, on this basis, the key points of photosensitive seal identification are put forward and analyzed in combination with typical cases. In view of the main problems existing in photosensitive seal inspection at present, the solutions and paths are explored. The research on the theory and practice of photosensitive seal verification can provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for the daily identification of identification workers, and provide research ideas and directions for scientific researchers.

摘要： 针对目前应用广泛的光敏印章存在的印文易仿难鉴问题，通过梳理和总结历年来光敏印章印文检验的主要研究成果，分析光敏印章印文种类特征和工艺瑕疵特征的特殊价值，重点对光敏印章印文的工艺瑕疵特征类型、成因和表观形态进行分类和评价，以揭示其重要的个体价值。同时，在此基础上提出了光敏印章印文鉴定要点并结合典型案例进行分析论证，并针对目前光敏印章印文检验存在的主要问题，探索解决方法与路径。光敏印章印文检验理论与实务研究可为鉴定工作者日常鉴定提供理论指导和实务经验借鉴，为科研工作者提供光敏印章印文研究思路和方向。
