Abstract:

The improvement of forensic appraisal system is a hot topic in the amendment of the Criminal Procedure Law. The major problems relating to the amendment of the Criminal Procedure Law include the selection of the appraisal model， the position of appraisal in the Criminal Procedure Law， the legal status and liability of the appraisal expert， the revision of  appraisal conclusion， and mental illness.

摘要：

《刑事诉讼法》中有关司法鉴定制度的完善问题，已成为刑诉法修改的热议之点。刑诉法修改中涉及司法鉴定的主要问题，有鉴定模式的选择、鉴定制度在刑诉法中的科学定位、鉴定人的法律地位与法律责任、“鉴定结论”的修改、精神病鉴定等等。
