Abstract: Based on the analysis of the status quo of judicial expertise technical standard and the necessity of justice for the judicial expertise standardization, the article suggests a framework of judicial expertise technical standard system as well as its objectives, contents and cardinal principles. Especially, this article proposes the implementation system designs for the judicial expertise technical standard. The implementation system includes the systems of administration, operation, application and guarantee.

摘要： 本文在分析司法鉴定技术标准的现状和司法公正对司法鉴定标准化需求的基础上,提出司法鉴定技术标准体系的总体构架以及标准体系建设的目标、内容及基本原则,尤其对司法鉴定技术标准的推行体系,包括管理体制、运行机制、实施体系、保障体系的建设进行了制度设计。
