Abstract: The initiation and procedure of forensic appraisal, the supervision by people's court over forensic appraisal, and the adjustment of function of forensic appraisal institutions set up inside people's courts, all these are important issues to make perfect the forensic appraisal system. The author discusses these issues in this paper and invites instructions from people working in the same field in order to push forward the reform.

摘要： 司法鉴定启动制,人民法院对司法鉴定的监督,以及人民法院内设司法鉴定机构职能的调整问题.都是完善司法鉴定制度的重要问题,作者对这些问题进行探索,求教同行,推动改革。
