Abstract: Due to the controversial understanding of some items in the present criterions of "The Degree of Light Body Injuries (proposed)"and "The Degree of Severe Body Injuries", many injuries have been evaluated or identified incorrectly. In order to resolve this problem the authors proposed some principles concerning the application of the criterions in practice, such as the appropriate time and methods for injury evaluation,and the correct understanding of some items in the criterions.

摘要： 本文针对目前在人体损伤程度鉴定中存在着对现行的《人体轻伤鉴定标准(试行)》和《人体重伤鉴定 标准》部分条文理解、执行不统一,提出关于适用《标准》的鉴定原则、鉴定时限以及部分条文的说明与操作。
