Abstract: From the point of combining law and techniques, we discuss the issue of law in procutorial technical work and the technical approach to deal with it. We also discuss the technical ratio in solving questions of law in procutorial technical work. Characteristics of prosecutorial technical work and how to integrate law and techniques are set forth through above discussions and four suggestions are put forward on the development of procutorial technical work.

摘要： 本文从法律和技术相结合的角度,阐述检察技术工作所涉及到的有关法律问题及这些法律问题通过检察技术得以实现的途径。阐述检察技术工作中为承担法律的实现所占的技术份额。出于上述的考虑,本文从检察技术,检察技术中法律的含量与技术的比值,检察技术的展望等四个方面阐述了检察技术的特色、法律和技术的融合等观点,就检察技术工作的发展提出四个呼唤。
