Objective To establish a method for determining ketamine and its major metabolites in urine. Methods The ketamine and its major metabolites in urine was extracted with organic solvent and detected by GC/NPD, GC/ECD, GC/FID and GC/MS. Results The major metabolites of ketamine in urine were identified. The limit of detection was 2ng/mL for ketamine and 5ng/mL for norketamine, the limit of quantitation of ketamine and norketamine was 10ng/mL. Conclusion The method is shown to be applicable to detecting ketamine and its major metabolites in urine.

Handwriting comparison in China mainly studies Chinese characters, and has a long history and profound foundation. For the past half century, people in the field of handwriting comparison has constituted an integrated theoretical system, created the systematic examining approach and accumulated plenty of experience. Handwriting comparison of China's Mainland has formed its own characteristics and played an important role in criminal and civill litigations. At present, with the increase of academic and other exchange with overseas, we should keep confidence and seek innovation, and at the same time, learn good experience from others, to achieve greater success.

The basic premise of speaker identification is that the interspeaker difference is bigger than the intraspeaker variation. We measured, compared and analysed the formant relative amplitude of 30 pairs of twins' natural reciting voice, and counted the confidence level and discriminating threshold.
