    Abstract ( )
Objective To study the uncertainty in measurementof the concentration of ethanol in blood. Methods The concentra-tion of ethanol in blood was analyzed by headspace gas chromatog-raphy and the source of uncertainty was confirmed. Results Theexpanded uncertainty was 0.02mg/mL when the concentration ofethanol in blood was 1.00mg/mL. Conclusion The uncertainty inmeasurement of the concentration of ethanol in blood was contrib-uted primarily by the measured value.[

    Abstract ( )
In handwriting comparison, reliable, sufficient andcomparable known samples are prerequisites for reaching an accu-rate conclusion. If the samples are not up to the comparison demands,it is hard to make the correct identification. In the paper, knownsamples were classified and collecting skills were discussed.[
