摘要: 目的 在保证高对比度、高灵敏度显现指纹的同时,实现对指纹的准确识别和比对,为实际案件中的应用奠定基础。方法 以四苯乙烯为母体,通过引入疏水基链改善四苯乙烯母体的亲疏水性,合成探针FLA-1,实现了对玻璃、铝板和硬币客体上的潜指纹的显现。随后,用 ImageJ软件,对所得到的指纹成像图进行半定量分析,验证荧光探针FLA-1对潜指纹的可视化增强的能力。此外,通过指纹识别系统的匹配研究,客观的分析荧光探针FLA-1显现潜指纹的灵敏度,并通过固态荧光测试研究了其识别机理。结果 ImageJ软件灰度测量表明,纹线与小犁沟的灰度值变化明显,指纹的可视化对比显著提高。此外,我们在玻璃、硬币和铝板分别比对到24、35和50个特征点,足以满足指纹同一认定的要求。结论 设计合成的探针FLA-1可用于不同客体表面潜指纹的显现,并实现指纹的比对,有望在刑事技术领域中得到推广。

Abstract: Objective While ensuring high-contrast and high-sensitivity display of fingerprints, it realizes accurate identification and comparison of fingerprints and lays the foundation for applications in actual cases. Methods Using tetrastyrene as the matrix, the hydrophobicity of the tetrastyrene matrix was improved by introducing a hydrophobic base chain, and the probe FLA-1 was synthesized to realize the display of latent fingerprints on glass, aluminum plate and coin objects. Subsequently, using ImageJ software, semi-quantitative analysis of the obtained fingerprint imaging was performed to verify the ability of the fluorescent probe FLA-1 to enhance the visualization of latent fingerprints. In addition, through the matching study of the fingerprint recognition system, the sensitivity of the fluorescent probe FLA-1 to display latent fingerprints was objectively analyzed, and the recognition mechanism was studied through solid-state fluorescence testing. Results The grayscale measurement of ImageJ software showed that the grayscale values of ridges and small furrows changed significantly, and the visual contrast of fingerprints was significantly improved. In addition, we compared 24, 35, and 50 feature points on glass, coins and aluminum plates, which are enough to meet the requirements of fingerprint identification. Conclusion The designed and synthesized probe FLA-1 can be used to display latent fingerprints on the surface of different objects and realize fingerprint comparison, which is expected to be popularized in the field of criminal technology.
