摘要:

目的 研究剩磁法在汽车火灾原因鉴定中的适用性。方法 开发实验设备,模拟汽车电气线路火灾,分析电路与金属零部件缠绕、搭接等情况下是否会产生剩磁数据及其剩磁分布规律,同时,研究使用剩磁法容易产生误判的情况,从而正确使用剩磁法进行汽车火灾原因鉴定。结果 汽车电气线路故障火灾会在与其一次短路点接触的铁质零部件上产生磁场,通过使用特斯拉计可以进行定量化检测。结论 剩磁法可用于汽车火灾原因鉴定,但不能简单使用,需要综合分析。

Abstract:

Objectives Study whether the residual magnetic method is applicable in the identification of vehicle fires. Methods Develop experimental equipment to simulate vehicle electrical line fires, analysis whether the residual magnetic data and its residual magnetic distribution law will be generated under the condition of winding and overlapping of the circuit and metal parts, at the same time, study the situation in which the residual magnetic method is easy to produce misjudgment, correctly use the residual magnetization method to identify the cause of vehicle fire. Results Vehicle electrical line failure fires generate magnetic fields on iron components that come into contact with one of the short-circuit points, and can be quantitatively detected by using a Tesla meter. Conclusion The residual magnetic method can be used for the identification of vehicle fire cause, but it cannot be used simply and requires comprehensive analysis.
