摘要: 黄曲霉毒素是由黄曲霉、寄生曲霉等菌株产生的次级代谢物,具有极强的毒性。短时间内大量或长期少量摄入黄曲霉毒素都会对健康造成损害。生物基质中黄曲霉毒素原体及其代谢物的检测结果能更准确地体现人和动物摄入黄曲霉毒素的情况,目前已应用于黄曲霉毒素中毒鉴定及黄曲霉毒素摄入风险评估等领域。通过简述在生物基质中检测黄曲霉毒素的常见前处理方法、分析方法,以及黄曲霉毒素摄入风险评估,以期推动黄曲霉毒素检测技术在法医毒物学领域的发展,并对预防人和动物免受黄曲霉毒素的毒害作用,保障人们健康和财产具有重要意义。

Abstract: Aflatoxins are secondary metabolites produced by strains of Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus parasiticus, etc, and are extremely toxic. Acute massive exposure or chronic exposure to aflatoxins can cause great damage to human health. The direct detection of aflatoxins and metabolites in biological matrix can reflect the exposure of human or animals to aflatoxins more accurately. This approach has been applied to the identification of aflatoxins poisoning, assessment of ingestion risk and other fields. This paper presents a brief description of common pretreatments, analytical methods, as well as the poisoning risk assessment, hoping to facilitate aflatoxins analysis in forensic toxicology, which would help to prevent human and animals from the toxic effects of aflatoxins and protect people’s health and property.
