Abstract: The ancient chinese forensic medical language is the living fossil of forensic medical culture. It gives us amounts of information on the theories of redress injustices , measure penalty ,ancient forensic examination and the examination system. The ancient forensic medical language is a treasure-house of studying ancient chinese forensic medicine. Therefore,disscussion on the ancient chinese forensic medical language has great value in research on the orgin of forensic medicine and inspection technique,meanwhile, it plays an important role on the construction of chinese judicial expertise culture and development of modern judicial expertise.
