Abstract: The establishment of forensic appraisal legal aid system can help to reduce the economic burden of groups in financial difficult, protect their right to sue, and strengthen the guidance and supervision of judicial appraisal institutions, promote them to undertake certain social responsibilities, so as to maintain social stability and promote forensic justice. Through the analysis of the legal aid regulations for forensic appraisal formulated by some local governments, one can see that they mainly stipulate the subject, mode, category, procedure and financial subsidy of forensic legal aid. However, there are still some problems in the existing legal aid system of forensic appraisal, such as the different standards for the receiver of assistance, the complexity of aid methods, the huge differences in the content, and confusion of the assistance procedures. We can further standardize and construct the legal aid system of forensic appraisal in China from the aspects of defining the receivers of assistance, standardizing the way and content of assistance, and improving the assistance procedure.

摘要： 建立司法鉴定法律援助制度有助于减轻困难群体的经济负担，有效保障其诉讼权，还能加强对司法鉴定机构的指导和监督，促进其承担一定的社会责任，进而维护社会稳定，促进司法公正。通过对我国部分地方制定的司法鉴定法律援助制度的规范分析来看，主要是对司法鉴定法律援助的主体、方式、类别、程序、经费补贴进行了规定。但现有的司法鉴定法律援助制度还存在援助对象标准不一，援助方式复杂、内容差异较大与援助程序混乱等问题，可以从明确援助对象、规范援助方式和内容以及完善援助程序等方面来进一步规范我国司法鉴定法律援助制度。
