新能源汽车电子数据第三方取证平台构建探索

Abstract: The development of China’s new energy vehicles industry has achieved remarkable results. On the other hand, the characteristics of new energy vehicles accidents such as unexpected acceleration, power interruption or outbreak of a fire, have become new difficulties and challenges for accident investigation and responsibility identification. This paper systematically analyzed the current problems of accident investigation and evidence collection in new energy vehicles accidents, as well as the application of accident investigation based on remote supervision data. Accordingly, we proposed the concept, plan and work suggestions for building a third party forensics platform for collecting electronic data of new energy vehicles, aiming at providing feasible solutions for related accident investigation and evidence collection.

摘要: 我国新能源汽车产业发展成效显著,但新能源汽车意外加速或动力中断、起火等事故新特征、新特点,已成为事故调查取证和责任认定的新难题和新挑战。针对新能源汽车事故调查取证现状问题,基于远程数据的事故调查应用情况进行系统分析,提出建设新能源汽车电子数据第三方取证平台的构想、方案和建议,旨在为新能源汽车事故调查取证及处理提供可行的解决方案。
