On the Improvement of Start-Up Process of Forensic Expertise in Criminal Lawsuits

Abstract

Abstract: In present criminal justice practice, there are many problems to be solved. This paper, aiming at the start-up process of forensic expertise in the criminal procedure, puts forward proposals of improvement, after analyzing China's current status in order to solve the social problems in forensic expertise in the criminal procedure and to search for a system of forensic expertise suitable to our litigation system and evidence system.

摘要： 目前在刑事司法实践中面临着诸多问题需要解决,本文针对刑事诉讼中司法鉴定的启动程序作为研究对象,通过分析我国目前现状和,提出完善构想,期望能够解决当前刑事司法鉴定所面临的诸多社会问题,以探求适合我国诉讼制度和证据制度的司法鉴定制度。
