Abstract: Objective To study the impact of drugs on driving. Methods Studies on drug-impaired driving were reviewed, including epidemiologic investigation, experimental research, countermeasures for drug-impaired driving and toxicology analyses. Results The driving ability can be obviously impaired by central nervous system stimulants, central nervous system depressants, antidepressants, antihistamines, etc. Conclusion The impact of drugs on driving is worth studying in the traffic safety research.

摘要： 目的研究药物对驾驶能力的影响。方法对药物影响驾驶能力的流行病学调查、药物对驾驶能力影响的实验研究、对策及相关毒物分析等方面的报道进行综述。结果服用中枢神经系统兴奋药物、中枢神经系统抑制药物、抗抑郁药物、抗组胺药物等后,其驾驶能力会有显著的降低。结论药物对驾驶能力的影响是交通安全研究中一个值得关注的问题。
