Abstract: With the deepening of the system reform of forensic appraisal,new forensic appraisal institutions have sprung up like mushrooms.Forensic institutions will be covered by the market economy in China.it is inevitable for forensic appraisal institutions to face the market.Whether or not forensic institutions affiliated to universities could survive this powerful wave of reform,or even come to the fore,depends on whether they could integrate resources,adapt to the market,overcome difficulties and use their advantages.

摘要： 随着司法鉴定制度改革的逐步推进,新的司法鉴定机构如雨后春笋般纷纷设立,司法鉴定机构也必将被我国特有的市场经济所覆盖,司法鉴定机构市场化在所难免。高校司法鉴定机构是否能够不被这股强劲的司法鉴定制度改革浪潮所淹没,甚至脱颖而出,取决于高校司法鉴定机构能否在其市场化的过程中整合特有资源,顺应市场,克服难点,发挥优势。
