简析新《刑事诉讼法》对司法鉴定工作的影响

Abstract

摘要：

我国新《刑事诉讼法》对作为证据制度重要组成部分的司法鉴定制度也作了相应的修改和完善，主要包括修改了鉴定结论的称谓，删去了省级人民政府指定医院进行医学鉴定的规定，增加了鉴定人出庭作证、鉴定人人身保护、有专门知识的人出庭等内容。新刑诉法有关司法鉴定制度的修改，对司法鉴定工作提出了新的、更高的要求，对司法鉴定工作实践有着重要的现实意义，对于进一步深化司法鉴定管理体制改革具有积极的作用。
