Abstract: The 61st Annual Meeting of The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT) was held in St. Gallen, Switzerland, from September 2 to 6, 2024. As the most influential academic platform in the field, the meeting gathered global experts and scholars to present and discuss research findings, hot topics, and developmental trends. The meeting highlighted several cutting-edge and widely followed topics, including applications of high-resolution mass spectrometry, identification of new psychoactive substances and abused drugsalongside their emerging trends, hair analysis, ethanol- and drug-impaired driving, new analytical technologies, and emerging matrices in toxicological analysis. By systematically synthesizing the key outcomes of this meeting, this review aims to provide insights and references for scientific innovation and technological advancement in forensic toxicology in China.

摘要： 第61届国际法医毒物学家协会（The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists，TIAFT）年会于 2024年9月2日至6日在瑞士圣加仑召开。作为国际法医毒物学领域最具影响力的学术交流平台，本届会议汇聚了全球相关专业领域的专家学者，围绕专业领域的研究成果、热点问题以及发展趋势进行了交流与研讨。会议内容显示，高分辨质谱技术的应用研究、毒品及新精神活性物质的鉴识和新形势、毛发分析、酒驾和毒（药）驾、新型检材及毒物分析新技术研究等内容是国际前沿或广受关注的热点问题。通过对会议重要成果的系统梳理，旨在为我国法医毒物学领域的科研创新和技术发展提供借鉴和参考。
