Abstract: Efficient sample pre-treatment methods are essential in forensic toxicological analysis. Pipette tip microextraction is a more efficient and environmentally-friendly technique developed from traditional solid-phase extraction. It can be widely used in food, environmental and forensic toxicological analysis. This paper systematically reviewed the applications of pipette tip microextraction techniques in the analysis of forensic toxic substances, especially illegal drugs in biological samples, and the advantages and disadvantages of different microextraction methods, sorbents, and tip types, as well as their application scopes were also compared. This technique shows great potential in forensic toxicology analysis, providing new solutions and ideas for the pre-treatment of forensic toxic substances analysis.

摘要: 在法医毒物分析中,高效的样品前处理方法至关重要,移液吸头微萃取是在传统固相萃取基础上发展形成的一类更高效、更环保的技术,可广泛应用于食品、环境、法医毒物相关分析。通过系统综述移液吸头微萃取技术在法医毒物尤其是生物检材中多种毒品检测分析中的应用,比较了不同微萃取方法、吸附剂、微萃取移液吸头类型的优缺点及应用范围,在法医毒物分析中展现出了较大的潜力,为相关毒物分析的前处理方法提供了新的解决方案和思路。
