Abstract: With the deepening of the forensic expertise system reform, a large number of forensic science service providers have been established in the requirement of neutrality. High education institutions have their own natural advantage in providing forensic science services. They will not only acquire certain social and economic benefits, but also gain rewards in the discipline development and teaching activities.

摘要： 随着我国司法鉴定体制改革的不断深入,司法鉴定机构的中立性要求引发了司法鉴定机构的大批产生,高等学校在成立司法鉴定机构的过程中有其天然优势,同时成立司法鉴定中心对于高等学校来说不仅存在一定的社会效益和经济利益,对于学科发展和教学活动都有积极的推动作用。
