Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous identification and quantification of THC, CBN, CBD and the major metabolite THC-COOH in urine samples. Methods Urine samples were hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide, and deuterium-labeled THC-COOH (Δ9-d9-THC-COOH) was added as internal standard; then the solution was extracted with n-hexane-ethyl : acetate(9:1), dried, solved with 100μL acetonitrile, and analyzed by liquid chromatograph coupled to tandem mass-spectrometry (LC/MS-MS). Results The limits of detection for THC-COOH, CBN, THC, CBD were 0.2, 0.4, 1.0, 2.0ng/mL; THC-COOH was detected in the positive samples, with a concentration of 335.9ng/mL. Conclusion With this method, CBD,CBN,THC and their major metabolite THC-COOH in urine samples could be detected simply, quickly, sensitively and exclusively during toxic analysis.
